Here at Uenuku Lodge we are an Auckland City backpackers with value for money. Our aim is to provide our guests with cheap accommodation so they can spend their money in NZ on the important things like shopping, sightseeing and having fun!

  • All of the following prices (NZ$) quoted are BBH Club (Budget Backpackers Hostel) Card member rates. A surcharge of $3-$5 per person per night applies for non-members. Each person requires a card to get the BBH rate otherwise the non-member rate applies. BBH cards can be purchased from Uenuku Lodge on your arrival.

  • We recommend that you reserve as far in advance as possible. Credit card (Visa and Mastercard only) details are essential to confirm your reservation. These will only be held for security and will not be processed until your arrival.

  • You can submit your credit card details through our secure email enquiries@uenukulodge.co.nz or you can call us at +64 9 378 8990 if calling from overseas or 09 378 8990 if calling from New Zealand.Our office hours are 8 am till 10.30 pm, 7 days a week.

  • Our cancellation policy is 24 hours for a dorm or quad bed and 48 hours for single, twin, share, double and ensuite rooms to avoid penalties.

  • The beds in our single, twin, share, double and ensuite rooms are fully made up with pressed sheet, pillowslip and duvet (blanket).

  • All our beds are fully made up with pressed sheets pillow slips and duvet covers(blankets).

  • Children of all ages are welcome.
